- I began training for my first half marathon race in January '09 and found others who wanted to run as well. We are finding more and more out about human trafficking- especially child sex-slave industry and want to do what we can to help stop it. so we got together and formed Run Against Traffic.. and have the goal of hosting races and using the proceeds to support organizations the support children who have been rescued out of sex trafficing/slavery.
